Our intention is to be a online forever, but in any case will remain online long enough to fulfill all pixel block time usage agreements.

Pixel purchasing rights

Purchasing pixels does not infer or imply ownership of the pixels location, the page, this site, or anything else - it is simply purchasing "usage" of space for displaying images with links from this website for a fixed period of time. Pixels may not be re-sold, rented or leased to other parties.

Free Time Period Extensions for Link-back

We reward quality links from advertisers by extending their pixel block time-periods by up to 50%. The extension period is determined by the link quality and how long the link has been provided. Link quality is determined by a number of factors including amount of traffic and site PR. Generally any site that has provided a quality link for the duration of their advertising and has generated some traffic will qualify for the full time extension.

Amending Your Pixel Ad

You may amend / change your pixel ad image, link and text at any time. It is important that any modifications are within our advertisng standards. If in doubt, check by emailing us first.

Removing your Pixel Ad

You may request removal of your Ad at any time. There is no charge for this service and there is no refund for unused time.

Pixel Advertising Standards - links, images and text

We will not allow links to obscene, offensive, adult content, hate sites, illegal activities, sites that automatically download unrequested software, spyware, or programs, or any sites of this nature. Adverts of an Adult nature should go into our ADULT pixel site.

You must provide your own NON-animated, properly sized image file or files in either GIF or JPG format for each pixel block. Images may not contain trademarked or copyrighted material or designs, unless you are authorized to use them.

Images must not be be sexual,lewd in nature, contain nudity or be offensive. Adverts of this nature should go into our ADULT pixel site.

All text associated with your ad must not be offensive or lewd.

We decide what is and is not acceptable to advertise on this site and our decision is final. If an advert is unacceptable, you will be given the option of moving your ad to our adult pixel site OR a full refund.

Abuse

Where the content of a link landing page is changed and the new content breaches any of our advertising standards as outlined above, the advertiser will be notified by email. The advertisers link/image will also be removed until the offending content is removed with no remedy or reimbursement for link downtime.

Repeat offenders will be banned from further advertising on this site. The offending link, image or text will be removed. Parts of the pixel ad that remain within our advertising standards will remain active but the ability to self-edit will be removed. No renewal will be available and there will be no refund given.

Renewing your Pixel Advertising

Purchasers of pixel blocks will be notified prior to their expiration date, and offered "first chance" at renewal. On renewal, all information related to the pixels may be changed at no charge. When any pixel block's usage agreement expires, those pixels will immediately become available for purchase by the general public.

Pixel Ad Server Availability

We do NOT guarantee uniterrupted access to this pixel site, nor uninterrupted up-time, however, we will do our best to maintain both to an acceptable level. Should we experience server down-time for any reason, we will add an equal number of days lost to each pixel block's time agreement for any periods of outtage. However, NO monetary compensation shall given.
